I know PBoC threw a spanner in the way of BTC's rally but isn't it better to do a bit of spring clean now and rid the largest exchanges of the fake volumes and excessive financial instruments?

2017 feels like it will be a massive year with Trump and Brexit. I would much rather they do this now than to pull the brakes when we have spun up more momentum.
