I bought some btc through coinbank, cause they made it easy to go from fiat->btc. If I send them directly from there to someone else, can they tell whom I'm sending it to? How about if I first move it out of cb into a personal wallet (I haven't figured out how to do that, but presumably it's possible) and THEN send them to someone else…still tracable? How tracable? Only if they recognize the 'act' of the receiver, or even retroactively?
