Jihan Wu knows that SegWit8x is most likely going to fail before August 1. He also knows that, no matter what, SegWit is coming to Bitcoin. He is preparing a fork of Bitcoin, known as BitcoinABC.

It's stupefying to me the number of people who are not aware of the fact that Jihan's developers are removing SegWit from "JihanCoin."
