I am pretty new to bitcoin and i did read some articles about Opt-In Replace By Fee, now i have some questions, i would be happy if someone could answer them.

  1. How do you use it? (How exactly would i make a replaceble transaction with bitcoin core)

  2. Would you be abled to change the recieving adress or only the fee?

  3. Is it actually used by miners, so would i be abled to use it or would they reject it because they got my first transaction in the memory pool?

  4. Considering 3. how high would the success rate be?

Thanks for your answers!
