I found an email from bitchain.info from a few years ago, containing a wallet.aes.json file. How can I use this to restore my old wallet?

I lost the password for my wallet a while ago, and I can't recover it. However, I have this wallet.aes.json file. The email says "You can use it to restore the wallet at anytime at My Wallet or using the 3rd party MultiBit Desktop client". I have downloaded MultiBit, but I can't figure out how to use the file. Is it still possible?

Thanks
