OK but what is a block really? And why does it being small limit the number of transactions? Doesn't small blocks mean they go through faster so more small blocks/s or whatever means more transactions? Everyone is explaining that small blocks are bad because they don't allow for many transactions but no one is explaining why that is the case. So more details please
