SegWit's available to implement as soon as it has enough hash power so why are all these other untested solutions popping up now? From what I observe blocks are not full and 2nd layer solutions that the miners seem to hate are almost ready. So why the rush to double the block size which will lead to centralization and reduce security of the blockchain?
