I just placed an order for bitcoin $40 followed by an order for ether $40 (or maybe it was the other order) with credit card instant buy. The first one finished and I was prompted to go to the dashboard where I saw the transaction pop into my history. I placed the 2nd order and it also completed and prompted me back to dashboard (saying that my coins would arrive soon) but this time NO RECORD of either purchase.

NO card charge and no record.

Moments later I saw a huge price spike reflected in their prices.

I've been on to them for a while because it looked like some mistakes are just too perfectly timed, I don't think this is just a bug.

I think they take the opportunity to buy the one that I placed, then wait X amount of time and if price increases by X amount they just discard and hope that you just resubmit the order at the higher price so they can pocket the difference when they pay you the same amount of coin (or pay you less coin and pocket the gained dollars).
