The only way to get your money out is via the prepaid card which is limited without verification.

Few days later they replied that they sent a followup request to the authority that verifies the documents. They got back to me two weeks later on the day the documents passed the 3 months limit they require, stating the documents have passed the 3 months limit they require and therefore are rejected.
