How can you use trezor on a fully offline, linux based computer?

• To generate payment address

• Can you view this payment address on trezor internal display to be sure? (then you copy manually this address to outside/internet, e.g. by typing it by hand)

• how to generate later a payment transation that spends part of what you received to your address?

• If the pc-wallet with trezor is offline, then how will trezor know that there were funds received already to addresses it generated? How to tell it to generate new ones? I'm fine with obtaining new addresses for next payment somehow manually, but how?
