I have some questions about lightning. Can you expert here explain to me with plain English?

1.What is the vision of lightning?

  1. People say it is good for instant micro transaction. What is the maximum bitcoin amount you can sent in one time through it?

  2. What is the fee structure? If you become a node of lightning, how are you be paid?

  3. People say it is good for scaling. Can you describe how it will handle this bitcoin mass adaption scenario? 100x people and business using the most of daily transaction. Small stuff like coffee, it seems like it is great for lightning, but how we hand 100x more large transaction like buying houses, cars, big business purchase with current block size limit or with SW block size?

Thanks in advance. Looking forward to hear your insights.
