If 5 well-known members of the Bitcoin community were willing to set up a multisig address, the community could donate to that address.

They could then create a transaction once the first 10 UASF blocks have been mined to reward those miners.

The coins could be destroyed on the non UASF chain as a gesture. Or the same miner addresses could be paid on that chain also.

Just an idea to give an additional economic incentive to give the UASF chain a boost in that critical early stage.
